Barsby’s Produce Distribution Award
Barsby Produce is pleased to help a producer with a new product to take their new product to market. Barsby will make the product available within its supply chain to its customer-base. The product will be promoted and sold to a diverse range of customers, mostly to chefs within hotels, restaurants and hotels around the Norfolk, Cambridge and Suffolk region. The product must comply with food safety expectations and be suitable for a chef market. The award was open to producers, growers, farmers and one product was selected and Barsby will support its route to market in the autumn of 2024.
2023 Winner
Barsby Produce are really pleased to be working with Marsh Pig to distribute a range of Norfolk-reared and produced charcuterie throughout Norfolk.
As part of the North Norfolk Food and Drink Festival (NNFDF) this year, Barsby Produce presented an award on the Chefs Cookery Theatre to the winner of the Barsby Produce Distribution Award. The winner was Marsh Pig , who we will help to distribute their cured meats to chefs throughout Norfolk.
Over the coming months we will be stocking a small range of the their products which chefs require. Products include Marsh Pig Sticks as bar snacks, whole cured and sliced meats.
