Who are you and what do you do?
My name is Steve Angier and I am a head chef for the Chestnut Group of pubs with rooms who have 16 establishments across East Anglia including the Globe in Wells. I am currently at The Packhorse Inn at Moulton, just outside Newmarket.
What do you like about the North Norfolk Food and Drink Festival?
I really like meeting foodie people, including artisan producers, chefs, retailers, farmers, and seeing all the great produce that is available in Norfolk. And, of course, it is a great chance to eat some great food!
What can we expect from you this year?
I am preparing cured bream, with English peas, broad beans, ricotta and elderflower. It is a lovely, fresh dish and easy!
