Who are you and what do you do?

I am Lewis Peck, head chef at The Parlour in Binham. We do breakfasts, lunch and afternoon teas.

 

What do you like about the North Norfolk Food and Drink Festival?

I love that it is a great way to showcase and celebrate local produce, and what amazing things North Norfolk has to offer.

 

What can we expect from you this year?

The Parlour grew from a little dairy shop which sold raw milk, local cheeses and a few other goodies. So I am planning on making a brunch dish using our farm’s raw milk.
